I tend to do my runs in this order: Waterlogged dungeon > Red Rock > Rust Wells > Ruster Archway > Grit Gate > Level up and get better gear and more imporantly get Corpus Choliys from Kyakukya > Speed through Golgotha > Bethesda Susa > Tomb of the Eaters > Spindle. Simply force attacking and digging the doors / walls sometimes make it depends on build, items and/or level.
